As part of RevOpsScan, we may have access to data stored in:

  • Salesforce CRM
  • Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)

This may include, among other things:

  • user information
  • CRM Configurations and Metadata
  • reports and process information

We process only the data necessary to provide our services.

3. Purposes of Processing
CaseNine processes data for:

  • conducting RevOpsScan analyses;
  • identifying inefficiencies, technical debt, and AI readiness;
  • reporting and consulting;
  • support and implementation purposes;
  • improvement of services.

Data is not sold to third parties.

  • performance of a contract;
  • legitimate interest in improving business processes;

5. Use of Third-Party Services
RevOpsScan uses technology from Hubble (hubbl.com). CaseNine acts as a reseller and implementation partner.

In addition, data may be processed within:

  • Salesforce CRM
  • Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)

These parties may process personal data in accordance with their own privacy and security policies.

  1. Data is primarily stored within the customer's Salesforce environment.
  2. CaseNine takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorized access, or misuse.
  3. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized employees and is limited solely to the provision of services.

7. Data Retention Periods
CaseNine does not retain data for longer than is necessary to provide its services or for as long as required by law.

Analysis results, reports, and project documentation may be retained for a reasonable business period for support and audit purposes.

CaseNine shares personal data exclusively:

  • when this is necessary for the provision of services;
  • with technology partners such as Salesforce or Hubble;
